Billing
Priced per screen, cheaper as you grow, with storage that scales alongside. Every limit shown on the Billing page is one the platform actually enforces.
What you pay for#
Screens. Users, playlists, schedules, locations and groups are unlimited — they cost us nothing meaningful and charging for them would only make you organise your network badly.
- The first screen is free, permanently. Not a trial — a network of one costs nothing, so you can run a single screen indefinitely while you decide.
- The tier follows your screen count automatically. Add screens and the per-screen price drops on the next invoice. There is nothing to upgrade.
- Storage is a pool. Each screen contributes its allowance and the whole network draws from the total, so one large video does not have to fit inside one screen's share.
When you hit a limit#
Uploads are refused with the number that was exceeded, not a generic failure.
How a month is charged#
Screens are charged for the days they exist, not for the month they were created in. A screen switched on halfway through the month pays for half of it: the monthly rate divided by the days in the month, times the days it was there. The day you create a screen is not charged; the day you remove one is.
The invoice for a month is issued on the 2nd of the following month and is payable within fourteen days. Nothing is charged in advance, and a month that comes to nothing produces no invoice at all.
