A tour of the interface

Fourteen pages, grouped into four things: what you own, what you show, what you earn, and who can touch it.

The sidebar is ordered the way work flows. Content is everything you own and show. Monetization appears only if advertising is switched on for your account. Administration is people and money.

What each page is for
OverviewThe whole network at a glance: how many screens are live, what they played, what they earned. Start here in the morning.
LocationsThe real places. One row per site, with the screens inside it.
ScreensEvery television. Pairing, resolution, orientation, sync state and what each one is holding on disk.
Media LibraryEvery file and ad slot you can show. Seven different kinds of thing live here.
PlaylistsThe orders things play in.
SchedulesWhen and where each playlist plays.
Groups & ScalesNamed sets of screens or locations, so a schedule can target forty at once.
Review queueYour advertiser policy, and the advertisers it could not decide for you.
RevenueWhat your screens earned, by day, screen and advertiser.
PayoutsWhat has been paid out to you, and what is still owed.
Users / TeamWho can sign in, and which pages each of them can open.
BillingWhat the platform costs you and the limits it enforces.
SettingsYour organisation’s name, time zone and currency.

Things that work the same everywhere#

Six of these pages are lists, and they were deliberately built to behave identically, so that learning one teaches you all six.

  • One filter card, at the top. Every filter is multi-select: tick three cities and you get all three. The search box lives in the same card, on the right.
  • A period picker. Every number on the page — plays, revenue, fill — is for the period you chose, and changing it changes all of them together.
  • Cards, list, and sometimes a map. The same rows, three ways of looking at them. Filters stay visible in all three.

Search screens by name or id…
1Multi-select: every filter takes several values at once.
2The period that all the numbers on the page are counted over.
3Search, always in the same corner.
Note
The Overview page is the only one that does not follow this shape, because it is a summary rather than a list. Its numbers mean exactly what they mean elsewhere — What the numbers mean defines all of them in one place.
Try it on a screen you already own. The first screen is free, for as long as you like. No card.
