Your team and who sees what

Two roles, per-page permissions, and invitations that do not involve you sending anyone a password.

The roles#

Publisher
The account owner. Full control of their own organisation — screens, content, money, people — and no visibility of anyone else's.
Manager
Someone who works on the account without owning it. What they can open is decided page by page.

Per-page access#

A Manager's access is granted one page at a time, and separately for viewing and editing. Someone who books content does not need Billing; someone who reconciles invoices does not need to be able to change a playlist.

1View and edit are separate. Read-only access to Revenue is a common and useful grant.
2A page left unticked does not appear in that person’s sidebar at all.
Why it existsHiding a page rather than disabling its buttons is deliberate. A greyed-out Billing tab invites a conversation about why; an absent one does not exist as a question. It also means a smaller, faster sidebar for people with a narrow job.

Invitations#

You invite by email address. The person receives a link, chooses their own password, and arrives with the access you granted. You never see or set anyone's password, which means there is no moment where a password exists in a message — Signing in safely covers the rest of it.

Note
Until someone has signed in through their invitation they are shown as unproven. It is the fastest way to spot a typo in an email address, which is the usual reason a new colleague “never got the invite”.
Try it on a screen you already own. The first screen is free, for as long as you like. No card.
